MK Squared is a story about our ~4 years in Tonga from 2009 to 2013.
We've now moved on to other ways of storytelling.

The story of MK Squared
In October of 2009, we started Peace Corps service in the Kingdom of Tonga. Elena took up a job as a Business Advisory Services Officer with Tonga Development Bank, and Mark served as an Education Officer of IT Services with the Free Wesleyan Education Office. After two years of living and learning in Tonga, we weren't quite ready to move on; in fact, we liked it so much we decided to stay for a little longer.
We finished up our term of service in November and December of 2011, just in time for Elena to take up a position with the New Zealand High Commission and for Mark to start work with 'Uta'atu and Associates. After nearly four years in Tonga, we moved to New Zealand in July 2013.
